OMG! Delicious!!!
This Mild Korma Sauce is awesome! Taste just like my favorite Indian Oven Restaurant in Fresno, CA.I made it with - stir fried red onion, midget carrots cut into thin strips, pineapple, sweet red & yellow peppers, a little bit of green chilis diced … protein was Shrimp.I ate mine w/ rice while my daughter & son-inlaw ate it “Palm Heart -> Rice”.

WOW DELICIOUS and perfect spices!
I've tried lots of jarred Indian sauces, and they usually don't have enough spice, or they're too spicy without enough flavor, etc. This Brooklyn Delhi brand is perfect... excellent rich flavors and just the right spice without being overbearing on the flavor! It's so easy to use! I just ordered three more! I will always keep some in the pantry.

Nice quick meal.
I added cayenne powder, garlic and a curry blend to this, as I thought it too mild. Good on shrimp, onions and zucchini chunks; would be good done with chicken and assorted veggies too. Nice thick texture.

A very pleasant curry
It is a very pleasant curry with a wonderful aroma. Used in a crockpot with chicken tenderloin. Served over basmati steamed with carrots french cut string beans a little salt and pepper, turmeric and fresh chopped ginger, and a healthy dollop of cottage cheese.

Delicious and quicker/cheaper than scratch
I love a good winter korma and we used this summer sauce to do one with cauliflower, mushrooms, green beans and cashews - it seems expensive but compared to driving to the specialty market and grinding/toasting all the ingredients it was about 1/3 the price. We’ve used this for chicken korma as well- steam some rice with peas, toast your naan and it’s a half hour from start to finish for a meal that’s -kinda- homemade.

Mild, slightly odd flavor
Out of the jar, it may be OK for those who like a very mild dish, but it's not to my taste. I prepared it with coconut milk in an attempt to keep it rich and flavorful. The problem is that there's not much in the way of seasoning or spice, and there's an odd sour note to what flavor there is ... it's as if they used sour cream in addition to yogurt.I'll try fortifying the second jar with garlic, ginger, and cumin, to see if I can get a tasty korma out of it, but I'll be trying other brands in the future.

Curry that tastes like nothing
Is this NY curry? If so, they need to add curry spices to the sauce as it contains none. Very disappointing.
