Nice, simple vegan Italian inspired recipes - looking forward to making lots of them. Lots of photos to accompany the recipes (not all of them though).

Wow, every recipe looks and sounds divine. I haven't actually made anything yet , just leafed through to look at the photos and ingredients. I am really impressed with the selection - it has really opened my eyes to the possibilities with Italian Veganism as I had no idea there were so many options. Cannot wait to get cooking !

great! I love it... very inventive, tasty, and astonishingly non-dairy Italian "ricette". My only complaint is: why only two risotto's and not more?but thank you for the great job

I swear by this cook book. Coscarelli is a fantastic chef - beautiful food and not too difficult recipes like most other books out there.

So many tasty recipes .. can't wait to get started. ..and I'm not even vegan :-)
