I didn’t test the cream because if the warning on the back of the tube that states it could raise your blood pressure and give you a headache for several days. That scared me away. But then I am having a family reunion and I have such flabby arms so decided to give this cream a shot. It did not raise my blood pressure or give me a head ache. In fact this cream is marvelous! I have used it everyday for a week and it is the best team of this type I have ever used. Don’t let the warnings on the back of the tube scare you away. It’s a great product. It feels warm when applied and you can feel it working. Works as described! I would recommend after all!!I am unsure about using this product. After reading the back of the bottle there is a warning that you “may feel slight to moderate headaches for the first couple of days of usage.” And also “THIS PRODUCT WILL RAISE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE LEVELS. IF YOU FEEL FAINT OR DIZZY GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL HELP.” It also states not to use if you have an endocrine system problem , (thyroid), which I do.So let me see, do I wanna be flabby, OR, do I wanna have a headache and high blood pressure for a few days? Uhhh, I think I’ll choose the flab, and just be happy.None of this warning information is included in the write up on Amazon about this product. It should be included as a warning so people can correctly choose what’s right for them. I feel like it’s false advertisement of a product. I did smell the product and it smells nice and I also rubbed a small amount on my hand. It’s creamy and rubs in nicely. Because of all the warnings, I would not recommend this product.

This during a sauna or a hardcore workout session will have you sweating!!! Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and I feel my skin tighter in the thigh area after a month of using! Didn't burn to bad but you definitely feel a tingle!

I don't think this is actually doing anything. The warmth felt when applied to the abs is merely an artificially induced sensation, not actual fat burning or anything like that. I wouldn't bother with this again.

This cream creates a heating sensation similar to pain relief creams, but without the heavy smell that comes with those. I like how it feels on my forearms, but on my belly it feels very strange so I'm not going to use it there again. Make sure to wash it off of your hands before your workout, because if you sweat and rub your eyes, you'll get a heating sensation in your eyes too.

There is a warm sensation when you apply this. About 10-15 mins later, which is quick in my opinion, I start to feel the caffeine. I get a little jittery and very focused. it's too early to tell if it's working, but I am using it in conjunction with a consistent workout schedule focused on abs, and hope that it will help with fat burning and toning the tummy.

So, I received this product and read the back looking for the usage instructions, and see that it "causes slight to moderate headaches" and "will raise your blood pressure". I came back to the product listing and note that this information is conspicuously absent. I don't love that this info is not front and center in the listing. Also missing - when do I apply this? Do I need to use it right at the start of my workout, or is it okay to apply 30 minutes before while I'm still at home?From a usage perspective, I used it on my abs and arms. I did not feel anything at all on my arms. My abs (covered by clothing) did heat up noticably. I didn't really notice any difference while working out though (ie more sweat maybe). Personally, I feel a little reluctant using this when it has health risks so I will probably discontinue use.

I ordered Gaspari Nutrition's Cytolean Cream, Workout Cream, and Firming Cream for Maximum Definition. I like it and use it on my arms, legs, and midsection while working out, but not all at once. It does sting a little bit, but it also does what it says: whatever body part I am working out feels firmer and like I have more definition. I particularly feel "tight", which is a great feeling and maximizes definition. I recommend Gaspari Nutrition Cytolean Cream, Workout Cream, Firming Cream, and Maximum Definition.
