I've been in love with Spiderverse ever since I watched the first one and I've been invested in it every since. The first one had a protective cover and is my pride and joy of all the artbooks I've accumulated. Though I'm deeply appreciative of the hard work of the animators, writers and artists for their consistent hard work and the compilation of this book, I am somewhat disappointed that it didn't come with a protective cover. I also notice that some of the artwork that the animators released on their social media didn't make it here either. Hobie is one of my favourite characters from ATSV but he only got like 3 pages or so? I could only imagine the amount of creativity and exploration that went into the concept alone, and there's nothing much here. But I understand as he is still a new character - they don't want to tell too much too soon. Despite those disappointments, the artbook is still wonderful and we even get a small sneak peak to some of the screenplay pages with some annotations. Well, 2 artbooks down and 1 more to go. If you love the Spiderverse or great art or are just curious, I highly recommend. This series has changed and revolutionised the animating game. I can't wait to see how the story will be concluded. Hopefully in the BTSV artbook, it will be jam packed with more concept art. Either way, I'm very much grateful to have this in my possession ❤️

Just holding it made me feel overwhelmed with happiness, the art is inspiring and very aesthetically pleasing. I was so glad to get to know more about that one character (spoiler), their concept art is 🔥 Glad it came in great condition, the print quality is excellent. So worth it, would buy again!

I thought it was much for the price but i got what I paid for and I'm happy with it. No damage, amazing book for artists to learn from.

Brilliant concepts and ideal. Beautifully made book.

Every page is a masterwork! More importantly, every artist is credited beside every image. Not some numbered index at the back. Right there on the same page. Bravo! Printed in sharp, vibrant colours on thick, high quality paper, my one complaint is that this and the artbook of the first Spider-verse movie aren't the same dimensions! However, this has about 30 more pages, so all is forgiven.
