This item looks beautiful . I would just suggest it could do with a little better instructions We arranged for an electrician to do the electrical work for us whilst we attached all the crystal balls to the arms as we thought each arm was attached from the outside of the item however we found we had to take the fitting down from the ceiling and disconnect the electrics so we could dismantle all the fitting to attach the arms from the inside.

Very nice glass crystal chandelier. does take a lot of constructing, took me almost 3 hours , and I'm a mechanical engineer.word of caution before putting together take every single piece , and there are lots , out of all packaging and check them . I found one large crystal ball broken at close to finishing and when I informed retailer with enclosed photo they informed me they are unable to replace the piece and refunded me £5 with which I proceeded to purchase a replacement ball from China. Finished result worth the effort.

Absolutely delighted with this light. Bought it to pair with the longer chandelier version. Have had lots of compliments. Lights are so expensive but these are reasonably priced and look great. A bit fiddly to put together but a small price to pay for the finished look.

Looks fantastic, it took me an hour to put together, great purchase.

It is more than 5 star. Easy to install, but needs to be patient. Takes about a couple of hours. It looks damn expensive and people are surprised about the price tag.

Absolutely sensational when lit. Took a great deal of time putting on the crystals, but well worth it in the end. Have had many a compliment!
