missing part
Missing metric screw needed to mount light. May be a simple thing but have to drive downtown to Ace Hardware to fix. PIMFA. Also, it seems the controller doesn't do what the instructions say it is suppose to do. One function said it would rotate between red-green- white lights but it rotates through all colors. Don't think the description matches the actual product , for example trying to set up one function hard to tell if it actually doing what you want. No individual twinkle. However, colors high up trees looks good. Paid lots of coin for this. Probably would've returned it but wife likes it.

The unit failed after 10 days of use.
We purchased the unit for decorating our house for Christmas. We bought it in September, I believe, and installed it in October but did not power it up until the day before Thanksgiving. 10 days later it would not come on. We could not return it to Amazon because we had it for more than 30 days and could not return it to the manufacturer because the operating/installation instructions did not include the name or address of the manufacturer or a general phone number or customer service number. I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.

Updated....Ive always wanted to light my big sycamore tree up at my business. But its cost a lot and it can hurt the tree. Im beyond happy with how this lite it up! The tree is huge so i am buying another! Love it!One is already not working. This makes me super bummed. For the price they should last a lot longer then this!!!!

Not pure white light
It's not a pure white has other color in it. Blue is very pretty and its very bright.

no way to stay on twinkle setting
good product, but they dropped the ball by not making the slow fade rainbow (twinkle) setting accessible outside of the random everything mode. returning the product due to this. so close, yet so far.
