I followed instructions, downloaded app which has limited information on how to’s. I can’t get it registered! Seems like it’s a knockoff of a brand name.

The rating is not because I think this is one of the world's great locks. Rather, it gets five stars because it's just what it appears to be - a small, aggressively priced, and perfectly usable little padlock. The three keys are handy, rather than the usual two.Delivery to the US took about three weeks from China.

Exactly as advertised, decent construction given the low price, but be warned THEY ARE ALL KEYED ALIKE, as in any key will open any lock. Very lightweight but may work well enough depending on what you want to use them for.

It was small, like really small. Otherwise, it was nice. It has three keys and they are small so don't lose them.

I got this for a 40% discount so I said why not since my old gym lock was starting to look ragged. The instructions are not written in English well so you have to figure out what they're instructing you to do. When I finally got to imprinting my thumbprint, it went smoothly although you have to do it about 10 times in order for it to be exact. However, I've found that the system does not always recognize my thumb. At first it freaked me out because all my valuables were in the gym locker. It took four tries before it unlocked. Other times it will take two to three attempts but the lock does eventually open. It's a bit annoying that it doesn't always open on the first try.A week later: I had to stop using this lock because contrary to what I thought would happen, the finger recognition did not improve. In fact, it got worse. I've had to make as many as nine attempts before the lock would open. I'm back to my trusty old $5 combination lock. Xiangge needs to work on perfecting their recognition app a lot better before releasing it to the public.

Utter Junk! Instructions flunk 1st year English. App says needs no permissions then won't run without opening your life to them. Can't use app as it will not register - worse: with no explanation. What a waste of time. Back to Am.
