Good replacement for wood.
Had this a while before using it. Looks very nice and unlike wood, will never need painting. Thick & strong but easy to cut. So far (2 weeks) it has stayed fixed to lime plaster. Good product.

Not for me
A rare Amazon return.Product was as described and seemed of reasonable quality and weight.However it did resemble a black rubber tyre when put against the wall and didnt suit the project.

Thicker than most and easy to use on uneven walls. But expensive.
Overall I still prefer the look of a traditional wooden skirting board but particularly when applied on uneven walls this makes the job much easier.The adhesion is good and it is easy to apply. But even if it is a bit thicker than some counterparts, it is also quite a bit more expensive.

Brilliant stuff
This is really easy to use, easy to measure and cut. I used it to cover up a broken shower skirt. I couldn't find anyone who could be bothered to come and replace it so used this to cover it over. It needed 2 layers, one above each other but it looks great. You need to have something to stick it on to which makes it really easy.
