Not easy to clean if you want to reuse it
I liked it, I reused it a couple of times but it’s not meant to be reused. It can’t be reused because the food can get in the edges and thus get full of bacteria, and it’s easy to make holes when you slice the cake. I covered it in cling film the first time but even then… It’s not easy to clean with that purpose and I wouldn’t recommend it for that; find a different thing, i would suggest using the base of detachable pan if it’s just for you to put in the fridge after decorating it. On the other hand, if you want to use it just once, I really enjoyed it and it’s light, as expected. As described. The surface feels waterproofed, non-absorbant.
