I'm 6 feet 2 inch and 13 stones, and purchased a size M for kickboxing training.The shorts appear really well made, not super light but not heavy material. They fit my frame perfectly and look good on. They have a partly elasticated waist, but also a velcro adjuster and drawcords so plenty of adjustment if required. Given how little these cost I was half expecting the quality to be not so good, however, the opposite is true. I'm very impressed and glad I didn't spend several times this amount on a more well known brand!

I got these for BJJ and they're amazing. Had about 6 or 7 uses now and they're still like new.I don't know whether this is industry standard now, my only other fight shorts are from 2013, but these have an anti-slip material around the waistband that keeps them secure through heavy rolling and keep your rash guard tucked in if you're a tucker. They also have a velcro lined fly area that is very secure and makes the shorts size-adjustable for a couple of inches.You will probably need cycle shorts (or similar- I have Step Ones) on underneath as the comfort and flexibility of these shorts mean they are a bit loose around the thigh and you may reveal more than you intend with 'normal' underwear.

These shorts were an ideal choice for getting started with any sort of martial art that requires flexibility, there's a slit on the side that allows full movement of your legs without feel too revealing. The material seems durable and there are no pockets (which helps serve its purpose as martial arts shorts). However, the only downside was the lacing will run against the velcro from time to time when putting the shorts on which could wear down/shed the inner lacing material. Other than that, I really like the shorts

They do the job. Comfy and stretchy for kicks. I only do striking, I don't think they'd hold up well for ju jitsu. They are only £13 shorts. I had to sew over some of the stitching. Don't expect them to be a high standard, but not too bad.
