Q: Is the insole removable?

No it’s not removable, but it’s not so glued in like others can be, so you can gently remove it and put insole back in. I did so to accommodate an orthotic.

Q: Are the ones that are smooth made out of real leather?

Yes they are real leather. Very comfortable!

Q: Why are they labeled classic leather, when under description It says all man made ? This is foul

I agree with you. I was looking for the 100% genuine leather and they are over $80 on the Reebok website. These are labeled classic leather which is misleading since they are synthetic.
