Received the carrier ahead of time and when the box arrived I was concerned it was going to be to small for my 18 lb bruiser of a cat. Not to fear. Assembly was super easy and my cat....oh my gosh. He went straight for the carrier. Ever the curious fellow he hopped right in. I wanted him to get used to it so left it out and he continued to sleep in his new carrier for the next several hours. If I didn't know better I'd say it was dipped in cat nip or that there was a food bowl in there some place lol. He loves this carrier and there is plenty of room for this big fellow. The carrier seems to be pretty well made which I am thankful for. I've rolled him around in it and the wheels seem to roll smoothly. My only complaint is that there are no privacy screens on the windows. When we go to the vet my cat is super shy. I'll have to remember to either take off my jacket and cover the carrier or take along a towel. Otherwise no complaints. So far two thumbs up.Just an update......I wish this carrier had a handle someplace other than on the top (ie: on the front or side) to help with getting it in the car when the cat is inside. It's a large carrier and with the cat inside it's not only bulky it's heavy. An extra handle would be welcome in controlling the carrier and ensuring it wouldn't "break". Would also help with keeping the carrier on the rolling device. The 2 are only connected by gravity. If you grab only the carrier (the part where your animal is inside) the rolling part slides down....ummm not convenient. With that said, once the whole thing is on the ground it's much easier to get my cat into the Vet's office. For that I'm thankful.

This carrier is great. I like that it is dual feature so that you can put it on your back or use the rolling base. It’s very spacious and comfortable for my cat although I recommend you buy a crate cushion for it as the bottom of it is kind of hard. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and plan on buying a second one for my other cat.

I've had many cats over the years and many different sizes of cat carriers. My last one was on wheels and fell apart at the vet's office last year. This carrier is built really well - strong, secure, easy to maneuver and very easy to get my 16 pound boy in and out of.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m very thankful, I bought this travel carrier a week before my trip. It was very convenient and a blessing to have. Once my little Pomeranian got use to riding in it, it was smooth sailing. He loves to look out the window compartment and when he’s tired he lays down and takes a nap. It will fit under most airlines seats. You have to remove the wheels and just slide the carrier underneath. On most of my flights, I requested to pre-board early, so I could get myself and my pet seated without the additional pressure to hurry up.My only suggestion for improving the product, is to have the length of the pole to the handle, have the ability to lock into place; whether you’re using the short length or the long length. Reason being, when I would have it on the long length, it would drop down to the small length, as I was walking about the airport and elsewhere. This was a little irritating.

This is an attractive carrier..and roomy. I have some big cats and we have a really nice carrier, but I needed a second since we take the cats in pairs to the vets. This carrier is not stable. Even our smallest girl who is not quite 8 pounds tips it over if she sits to the front of the carrier. It will roll right over on the front side….leaving kitty a bit bewildered. Poor design and it’s a shame because it’s made rather nice.

The many accessible pockets and zippers are amazing! There’s space for anything you might need during a trip, wipes, water bottle, treats and even water and food bowls.My cat loves lounging in her carrier even for midday naps.We have yet to use it for an official trip but we’re currently trying to get her used to it so we can use it for an airport trip soon 🙏🏻

Llevo tiempo buscando una transportadora práctica y dinámica para llevar a mi Shihtzu (Tiene un año y medio pesa aprox 5kg y mide 53 cm x 36 cm x 30 cm) a ciertos lugares donde no pueda traerla con su correa (andar en bicicleta, patines o senderismo) y considero este producto cumple con todas las funciones que estaba buscando: Facil de guardar (completamente plegable), varias entradas de aire, ligero, distintos compartimentos para guardar snacks, botellas de agua etc, estable/ resitente (El fondo de la mochila es grueso al igual que el respaldo lo cual le da excelente soporte, en adición a esto tambien cuenta con cinta pectoral con seguros) material suave y comodo para ella muy acolchonado por dentro y tambien para mi en la espalda ni se siente que estoy cargando 5kg, y encima de todo esto se puede convertir en carrito para superficies lisas! Simplemente impresionada con la funcionalidad de esta transportadora. Fue dinero bien invertido, y como pueden ver en el video a ella le encantó también.

We initially ordered the medium carrier for our 5kg fairly large cat. Unfortunately it was far too small and he could neither lie down nor stand up so we had to return it, at which point the large was unfortunately out of stock. Some months later we ordered the large and this was a vast improvement. The carrier is sturdy, well made and comfortable. The boy is very laid back so we just plonk him in but the top and both sides open to get more difficult cats in. He doesn’t like his feet feeling insecure in more flimsy carriers so really likes the firm base in this one.Like some other reviewers, I did have some initial trouble with the stability when on the trolley. The instructions said to pass a strap underneath the wheeled platform and clip it, but none of the straps would do this. When I looked carefully there are two small clips at the bottom of the soft carrier that clip directly into the platform - this is brilliant and really improves the stability. There are a few dangly straps and it’d be nice to have a neater/more secure solution for these to stop them dragging on the ground or getting in the wheels but they can be tucked into the back pockets on the backpack.Do check the dimensions carefully and ignore the weight/animal type guidelines. I’ve included pictures to show the difference in size is quite significant.
