Great product for dieters to help maintain healthy portions
It was purchased for a gift for my Daughter that is striving to eat healthy.I purchased it for not only weight loss,but also for diabetic health care.

Great ceramic diet plate
These plates are super helpful for portion control. I like that the plate allocates 50% for vegetables as that is the recommended approach when dieting. The little visuals help to meal plan as you can look at it while perusing through a cookbook. I planned to give this to my father in law who is a diabetic and needs help sticking to his diet. Would probably be good for young children to teach them about healthy eating.Love that the material is ceramic, so easy to pop into the dishwasher and the paint has not rubbed off after using it for a few weeks.

Great portion plates!
These are heavy duty and very good quality portioned plates, and the artwork is nice. They've held up great so far for us, even going through the dishwasher multiple times for weeks now. They're a good reminder for my daughter and I while trying to eat healthier, because we usually have our carb and veggie portions backwards. It's a nice friendly reminder. These are great quality! We highly recommend them.

Love these!
These are a beautiful ceramic, I love the print! I have been using these for all of my hot meals since they arrived. I love the portion suggestions and the words of motivation are cute. They are very easy to clean and my favorite thing is that they do not get super hot when microwaved. They still do heat up, but I can usually grav them without getting burned and without a hot pad.I am really happy with these. They were packed super secure with a cute little note about the mess from the Styrofoam. I would buy again and definitely reccommend for anyone who is picky about their plates.
