I bought this item because our new American Style Fridge requires plumbing work, which we do not have, to feed into the water/ice system. This pump with a big water bottle allows us to get the water/ice function working, most importantly, it starts/shutdown itself only when you are using the fridge's water/ice dispenser.

Although you should be able to use both pipes on this, only 1 works on mine which is disappointing

Great little pump connects to 5-10L bottles of water or greater/ watertank... Comes with 6mm hose etc... Doesn't come with tap connector (but i bought that from amazon also... 6mm push fit), im very pleased with it.. Use it for my kiosk cleaning and preparation sinks coupled with an electric tap.

This product is not good. I had similar pumps from flojet and they lasted for years. This one was broken after a few months. I bought a replacement of same type and it is also starting to fail. Avoid.Update - second item failed. Sold by Amazon. Total rubbish item, stay clear.

Broken 3 times in 2 months, leaks, nearly broke our espresso machine due to water not being pumped properly. Can't find contact details and couldn't return due to needing to talk to company about piping details, then missing the cut off point due to this. Would really like a refund!
