I chose DIM from Double Wood because it has 400 mg of another great nutrient that Mother Nature has for us humans; but not least important, I chose this particular DIM because Double Wood is a respected producer of quality products. After researching where DIM is coming from ~and what it does for us men~ I looked for DIM made by a reliable brand. My research let me learned what DIM does for women, but being a man, I concentrated on benefits for the guys. I am not a doctor or scientist. I am not typing these words to advice either, but guys approaching middle-age should not disregard what tiny amounts of Estrogen has been doing to our Prostate Glands as years went by. Mother Nature thought of it, and created what scientists call DIM to neutralize Estrogen's bad habits. All we guys have to do is follow Mother Nature's trail.

I've taken these pills for 1 month now. Previously, I had attempted to take a different brand but discovered that I was allergic to the Bioperine ingredient after developing a rash. I found this brand and began taking it as a hail mary for cystic acne. Although I did not consult a medical practitioner or have tests done, I highly recommend doing that before taking any supplements. I suspected that my hormones became way out of whack after developing constant and persistent cystic acne, increased anxiety, digestive issues, weight changes, and various other issues. I suspected I had estrogen dominance and was led to DIM supplements. So far, my anxiety has become significantly more manageable and I can sleep without a sleep aid now, some of my digestive irritability has diminished, and most importantly my cystic acne has gone down significantly. I feel comfortable not wearing makeup again. I still have a lot of healing to do but this supplement has been very effective for me. I experienced headaches when I first started taking them (start with one and work your way up) but they went away after a week or two. It does make your pee orange and that's normal.

I just started but I felt it is necessary to say to start with only 1 capsule. If you look up DIM, you will see that the average dose is 100-200mg. These are 200mg per capsule. *Update #1 : It has only been a few days, but I learned on day 1 that these work better than a laxative to get things moving, and it does it without causing any bloating, pain, gas, or any other symptom. For that alone I will buy it! I will update when I have had the 4-6 weeks it takes to see if this will heal my hormonal acne. Fingers crossed 🤞

I just found out about the supplement. I’m so glad that I did. I was looking at several brands until I stumbled upon this one. I have been taking it for about a month and I already feel the difference. My libido has been in a study decline over the last two years and I wasn’t sure it was perimenopause. But now I think it is so I decided to take this, and I still have hot flashes, but I feel better my libido has increased. Also, I suffer from gastroparesis, and this helps with digestion. I can’t wait to see if it continues to help but I will definitely recommend this to anyone suffering with any of the issues that I do.
