Rather disappointed. Puzzles should be on righthand page with clues on left - so its easier to write down answers. Spelling mistakes eg stock for stuck on page 2.

Gift for my mother

I bought this for my elderly father who has dementia. He loves crossword puzzles but struggles with standard print as it required too much concentration.

Yes, the print is large enough for seniors but the unhappy surprise was that the puzzles are on the lefthand page and the clues on the right---just the opposite of what a rightie wants (my mother refused to use it so I had to cut out the pages so she could rearrange them). If you're a leftie, it'll be great. Just know that this is the case (unless it was a printer's error and they're not telling anyone)

Answers for the clues are words I never heard of, neither are they in the dictionary! Examples: HAP,for quilt,KIP ,two up batter,ZADDIK,virtuous person. SBS,ethenic telecaster.You will have to check solutions when you are STOCK, word n back of book. Dont know what country Jay Johnson is from!?!

This was a wonderful gift for my 91 year old friend who has vision in only one eye and works her daily newspaper crossword puzzle every day. She was so happy with the large print. Large print puzzles for Lois

Many answers dont seem to even match the clues. Not my favorite. I'll go back to the series of crossword books I was using before.
