The main product was empty
The face product bottle was completely empty. Just pumps out air.

Open box with missing product
This box was a kit and should have contained 3 items. The box was wrapped in bubble wrap, but the shrink wrap on the box had been sliced open at the bottom of the box and 2 items were missing. Extremely disappointed. Returning TODAY.

Decent price for full size products
I enjoy Mac. I don’t care for the ‘lip primer’ because it causes my lipstick to be wetter/easier to smear. And the color is jot as bold with the primer underneath. The other products are good.
