These have come in incredibly handy. I cannot judge them against the more expensive set, or tell you how long they would last in a busy home gym environment. I use these for maybe 32-36 sets a month and so far I am still on my first elastics. They come with an extra pair of elastics but I have not had to change them. They have never slipped off.

Useful incremental weight when you can't quite make the jump to the next usual weight up - I'm looking at you Lateral Raises!

Use consistently for slight increases in my dumbell weight modifications. Rubber bands are strong and stay in slotted place well. Great for travel when hotels only have weight sets at 5lb increments. Note: TSA may question and or disallow. (Made it through TSA multiple times, but not through foreign screening.)

I use these on my adjustable dumbbells to get 2.5 lb on each one and they work great. You can put them and remove them easily. After some time of use , I even found that I can put them on my cable machine as well and they fit even better there. Would definitely recommend especially compared to the other options in the market. The spare elastic given is definitely a nice touch in case the existing one snaps which did not happen yet and hopefully won't.

Don't stay on as well as the real ones but you get what you pay for.
