The actual mechanical ball side of things was fine but they sat it inside noisy brittle type of expanding foam type substance. It moves around in that creating noise and dust inside. Would have been better to use a pliable substance to absorb the movement better or alternatively something that will keep it fixed with no movement. The material that goes against your neck is not silky soft - it’s a rough airy, scratchy, nylon type material which looks better on the side of trainers than it does on here.It’s a shame as the shape of the rotating ‘fingers’ is great and the outside cover is great but the rest just lets it down badly. Definitely not worth the money at all.
