This item is indeed easy to clean and non-stick, featuring a suitable size for easy use. While I have attempted to make baguettes a few times, achieving a satisfactory shape proved challenging. Additionally, it's worth considering that when used without baking paper, the holes in the pan allow flour to fall off.
