Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
This is more of a pamphlet than a book. The language is strange and the instructions confusing. E.g. 'Never depict something that does not ascend'. A total waste of money. The only useful instruction is to drink plenty of water. I was forced to give it one star or I could not submit my report. From choice it would have no stars & a refund.

This 42-page guide was a good introduction to lymphatic drainage massage but it did not show any diagrams or photos on any of the recommended exercises.
