This was the first mat that I bought for myself (not with a class) and I wasn't expecting the mat to feel as comfortable and durable. Can't say how long it lasts but it feels like it'll be a while. It's also good to know that the construction stops sweat from soaking in so it's more hygienic. The personal message on the packaging was really sweet and they've emailed to check that everything is all okay with was nice. Great Mat, great customer service.

I wanted a mat that was slightly thicker than my old 4mm mat and a lot grippier and after spending over an hour on the web looking at loads of mats I decided on this one. It's 6mm so is thicker which is more comfortable for my bony feet, but slightly more challenging for balance positions like the Tree Pose but that's more of a practice thing and I'll take the overall comfort all day long compared to that slight issue. It has a different texture on either side and they are both great. Both are grippy and feel great in the Downward Dog Pose. There is a mild rubbery odour which isn't overpowering and is fading after only a few uses and the mat is quite stiff to roll out on the first few uses however it has loosened up greatly after storing it by rolling it the opposite way each time I use it. It appears to be a pretty durable mat and for now I'm finding it great.

Got it now about one month ago and I am really enjoying this Yoga mat. It has a good grip, no smell (some mats can smell quite strong when you first use them) and it is easy to carry. The only negative point is that it marks quite easily (leaving trace of where your hands have been and that does not come off so easily when washing) but apart from that , I would definitely recommend. It is a good price and great to use.

This mat is lovely, it's firm but soft and gives good grip. I had a slight problem with my mat and the seller was prompt, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. But above all the mat is EXCELLENTLY. Far superior to the mats at my gym

Strong smell at first, but just need to air it out. Very nice, not too thin and not too thick. It's not just a plain black mat, it does have some designs on it, which make it more interesting and pretty. Good non-slip and its Eco-Friendly!Update:Even during a sweaty yoga session, the mat does not let you slip or slide out of your pose. Cant recommend this brand enough!

A very good mat. Love the colour (purple) and has a pleasant embossed design on it. The reverse of the mat has a wave-like surface to help with grip which works well. The mat is thick and comfortable enough for me. Was very well packaged and delivered very quickly.

I haven’t used this product yet, but I ordered it because it looks red in the image. On arrival it’s most definitely pink! Image could do with an upgrade. I’m sure the quality of the product is fine.

This is one of the best yoga mats I have tried so far. It stays in one place, it's very comfortable on my knees and wrists which usually tend to hurt on other mats and on the floor when changing asanas. The length of the mat is also perfect for anyone a little taller like myself. Definitely would recommend.

It is really a non-slip mat. My only complain is that the mat doesn't come with a strap or a bag.shipping is from US so it's fairly long, the courier's website sucks and it doesn't update shipping status promptly.

Defective pcs, Poor quality,..Stiff and not flexible...colours in patches..not dyed properly...looks very cheep product..Supplier need to improve quality..

Soy una persona que suda muchísimo y el piso de mi departamento es resbaloso. Este tapete funciona increíblemente con la parte antideslizante para el piso, ya que he sudado mucho evidentemente empiezo a deslizarme un poco en él pero no me resbalo como para caerme ni nada por el estilo. El grosor es ideal para no sentir el piso pero tampoco para que se vea tan grande. Es el mejor tapete que he tenido.

Love this yoga mat. I am not a purple color fan, but don't mind this. I was hoping for a more indigo color. The purple has more white in it than blue. My last picture(with clever yoga logo) I took with a "dramatic" photo setting and that captured 99% of the true color. Anyways for those who love purple, they will fall in love with the color.The yoga mat functionality wise is execellent. No odors, perfect thickness, light weight and just feels nice to touch. I have never owned such a long length yoga mat and appreciate the extra room to fully stretch. I use it for stretching before and after my bike rides and hikes, and have used it every single day since I have received it.Lastly I will add my skin is usually dry and gets itchy easily, and I live in colorado to make things worse. But no problem at all with this mat, my skin loves it :)
