very nice
i havent used it all up yet but its a nice set of stuff for the bob ross line and im sure it will all be great, the box is a bit BIG that gives you the feeling your getting a bit more than you actually do, but hey! who cares painting is FUN and i adore BOB ROSS and love to give money to ppl and companies that supply ME with all my toys and fun stuff to create with! AND the box is very pretty too!

Damaged open spilled bottles inside
Warning: This was my Christmas gift this morning. The bottles ALL leaked inside and got all over my hands. Really love the gift & am so disappointed that the company doesn’t take returns. I have managed to write to them through Amazon’s robot but don’t know if they will ever respond -update ! The vendor said it’s UPS fault (zero damage to packaging, all caps off were inside of box) and he’d take it back when he gets it. No address for where to send it, no label to print & UPS delivered it well packaged. Two emails, both says he’s not responsible. We are not wealthy & this was my BIG gift. Disabled, Dr says self isolate (cancer) & so far I wouldn’t know where to send it if my social security could afford it. Just know this was not a “happy moment” like Bob Ross at all.

Lying product description
It was advertised to come with a CD instruction.....none was included. I sent this to my 11 year old grand daughter during this pandemic and selected it because it had an instructional CD.....Bait and switch....I will NOT recommend this product or company to anyone!!!!

Doesn't really teach you how to paint
This is my first time at oil painting and am a bit disappointed because i expected more after reading the reviews. The oil paints and brushes seem good but the 4 page tutorial pamphlet doesn't help at all. In fact half of the tutorial pictures are not in even in color but black and white. Not worth the price.
