Not sure if this worked for lowering high cholesterol, but it was easy to take and I felt better (but that could just be a placebo effect too). It was also less expensive than any other bergamot suppliment I found and seemed to be of good quality. Got it on subscription, and it arrived on schedule like clockwork, no problems. If I ever use it again, I will get this brand.

Effective and lowering cholesterol
Even though I was only taking this intermittently throughout a six month period maybe 3 to 4 times a week and taking only one a day, my cholesterol went down by five points when I went to my doctor at the six month mark

If you’re looking for just Bergamot then this is for you. If you are looking for a supplement that helps you cholesterol, there are others that have more ingredients that are helpful for that cause.
