Easy to assemble comfy to sit in
The chair on the whole is excellent, put it together in about 20 minutes. Sturdy and comfortable to sit in. At first glance I was worried about the leg rest but once put together this part disappears out of sight. The only down side is the location of the riser and recliner arms bit out of the was but doesn’t really impact on the seat

Wrong chair arrived
The chair itself is fine for the money ! Easy to assemble and comfortable. However I ordered the brown pvc leather effect chair and got a cream fleecy one delivered instead. Looks like way too much hassle to try and return it to get a replacement so I’m stuck with it now.

Wobbly arms are a big disappointment
The armrests are not held firmly in place by the screws, so I wonder how long they will last before I need another new chair. The chair is a disappointment so I cannot give it more than two stars for my overall rating. I would have returned but for the bother of having to disassemble and repack.

Not great after using it for a while
Was good at first but after using it for a few months it’s rubbish - tilts to one side and all the paddings gone flat - complete rubbish would not recommend.

Comfy chair
The gas strut keeps going down to lowest setting, bit annoying which was one of the reasons I replaced my old one
