Works perfectly
I have a #8 danforth anchor with just 4 ft of chain. This works perfectly. I have used it in 35 ft and also 60 ft. Saves a lot of effort. The carabiner works fine but I wish it were just a tad larger to make it easier to hook and unhook the ring.

If you anchor this is a must have
Used this anchor ball with 30' of chain and a Danforth out in 200' and 1/2 dozen times. So far been great quality. I would let it outgas outside for a week or so before putting it in an enclosed space.

OMG what a back saver
This was my first experience using an anchor ball to retrieve my anchor. I couldn’t believe how easy and quick it was. I routinely fish in 60-100’ of water and had always pulled the anchor in hand over hand, NEVER again. The ball fits in a forward locker when not in use in my 21’ boat.

Back saving device
The system looks to be pretty tough with the exception of the braided rope. I will be replacing that soon. Didn't have any issues with airing up the buoy and the clip seems to be pretty strong. Awesome system for retrieving the anchor, definitely a back saver and a must have for deep water fishing.

Love it
Beats the hell out of pulling up an anchor. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended...spend more time fishing less time pulling a heavy anchor up. Simply attach it to your anchor rope and drive straight ahead into the current slowly and the anchor will pop loose and the anchor ball will go behind the boat bringing the rope through the metal on the anchor ball. When the anchor is all the way up to the anchor ball just pull in your anchor rope and anchor (which is now weightless due to the big bobber basically)Simply take off your anchor ball from your anchor line and head to the next spot throw the anchor and get back to fishin!!!

Well made anchor ring/puller
I hope I never have to use this to pull up my anchor but it would be a great way to retrieve an anchor when your anchored in very deep water. The video is a must watch. I bought it to keep from losing a $100 anchor, $50 of chain, and 200 feet of anchor rope.
