Tempress Products does not use any wood in the manufacturing of boat seats. The base (seat shell) of the ProBax seat is polypropylene.

Q: Have a 1994 procraft looking for the driver and the passenger seat

I had to look up what a ProCraft boat was. I see no reason why you couldn't use this seat for the driver and passenger seat. These are extremely comfortable seats, top of the line. I highly recommend them. They'll keep you comfortable all day long. Good luck.
