Tastes ok, good quality and does wonders for my sleep. Works quickly for anxiety. Definitely a favorite supplement of mine. I don't like to take much of anything but this does help me greatly to stay asleep without a lot of grogginess in the morning, like medication or melatonin might have. If you're neurospicy, it's worth a try!

I use these if I want to have something with a little caffeine so I don’t get jittery or panic attacks. But I mainly like taking one before bed. Helps me sleep and stay asleep.

The chewables have a decent taste and are easy to take, which I appreciate since I don’t always love swallowing pills. I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now and haven’t noticed a big difference yet in terms of stress or relaxation, but I know supplements can take time to build up, so I plan to keep using it. I don’t have crippling anxiety but just enough to make me feel uncomfortable at times, these do the trick to calm me a bit. Always have these on hand. Takes the edge off my anxiety and no side effects .

I'm generally not a big fan of supplements and have found most to not fulfill their claims of what they can do. But I think this one really does work. Don't expect a big effect like with benzodiazepines but it does seem to take the edge off without making you drowsy. I think it does improve sleep a little by relaxation without feeling sleepy. One negative is that they are chewable and I'm not a fan of the taste but it's tolerable. Tried a capsule version from another company to avoid the taste but it caused stomach cramps for me. Can't guarantee it will work for you and don't expect miracles but it caused me no side effects, doesn't require a prescription, not addictive, and you won't build a tolerance and need to increase the dosage.

I always recommend this to anyone dealing with anxiety or focus issues. I feel the difference when I take it and I feel it works fast. It makes me feel calm even when there’s so much going on. I’m able to stay focused and not get anxious when dealing with people or situations that are out of my control. I only take the recommended doses.

I purchased this for the flavor so i would not forget to take my ltheanine consistently. I usually use now brand and have also used sports nutrition (i believe so far i have seen the later might work best - but will have to try it out again) regardless- taking either of the latter ltheanine supplements have given me calm. But for some reason this one I have been feeling the on edge sensation far longer. I think i am one of those people that gets highly stimulated by yummy flavors so it leaves me unsatisfied and uneasy.
