I needed protein to add to meals without all the calories. Many whey powders I looked at have cancer warnings on them, oh hell no! Idk who would consume something with a cancer warning on it, but it was clear that I needed to look elsewhere. This powder comes in a pretty big bag, I’ve had it for a while now and still don’t really notice any missing! The taste is not noticeable unlike other powders so that is nice, however it does have a milky texture if that makes sense. It feels kind of like flour and basically tastes like milk in powder form- not in a gross way. I love me some milk so I have only ever added it to food products that already have dairy in them, so I can’t speak on how this would taste in something that shouldn’t have dairy in it. However, it is made with milk so I don’t think any of these buyers would be worried about that. I was cautious of people who stated that it does not mix well with warm liquids. I mixed it with my milk before I added oats and put it in the microwave. It mixed pretty easily.

I was skeptical regarding the taste after reading the reviews, but I honestly didn’t care - I needed a single ingredient protein powder without sugar. However, the taste surprised me tremendously. I’m sure it depends on milk’s flavor, but I’ve tried many different organic milks and it’s the same - great! It tastes milky, creamy, the texture is fluffy almost like a whipped cream! I use a weak handheld blender because all I use is milk with protein and it blends surprisingly well. No clumps! I was quite stunned and I thought it is too good to be true but I still can’t find any cons for this product. Hence I’m leaving the review, which I’m normally too lazy to do. I leave reviews if the product is absolutely horrible or if the product is just perfect. For me this protein powder is perfect and exactly what I needed, great taste is just a bonus. And guys I’m a very very very picky eater… I must add that I can’t attest to muscle building or anything like that because I got it so I start my meals in the morning with protein not with sugars and carbs. I also haven’t been taking it consistently every day because sometimes I don’t need extra protein that day. When I take it I don’t feel any discomfort, bloating or issues with bowel movements but then again our bodies are all different. I wish this brand all the best and I hope they exist forever because this is the only protein powder I’ll be buying from now on.

This dissolves well into my coffee and doesn't leave a gritty texture-- I would LOVE though, if the scoop fit into a mason jar-- I'd rather do two smaller scoops than the one large scoop because the size of the scoop is awkward and wants to partially dump powder over the sides of the jar.

I love that there's an option for only whey. I'm sensitive to artificial sweeteners and I hate the taste of the natural alternatives which is so hard to find protien powder or drinks. This tastes just like milk, I've added it to coffee and matcha drinks and it tastes great every time

As we age it becomes harder to consume the amount of protein our bodies need to stay strong and fully functioning. The expectation is supplementing protein powder into our daily smoothies will help. I can’t say it has but the powder greatly improves the taste and consistency of our smoothies. It’s like having dessert for breakfast. I’m so sad for those that gave the protein powder a negative review or just tossed it in the trash. Maybe it was a bad batch or a transport issue. I think you owe it to yourself to figure out a palatable way to use this powder especially if it helps with your protein goals. My smoothie recipe: hand full of greens, 1/4C kefir, 1/4C Greek yogurt, berries, 1/2 banana, 1tbl Chia, 1tbl ground flax, 1tbl hemp, scoop of It’s Just creatine, scoop of collagen peptide and now a full scoop of It’s Just whey protein powder.

I drink kefir every morning with a frozen banana. I added the protein and it became so creamy/foamy and grew to fill my blender cup. Only a third fit in my 30oz cup. I couldn't tell the difference in flavor, there is no taste. For the second try I added the protein to 2oz of almond milk and added it to the kefir/ banana mix. Mixed well and it fit in my cup perfectly. I think it was the setting on the blender that was to high that made it too frothy. Anyway, the first batch is in the freezer and now i have ice cream... I like it enough to get a subscription

This was my go to protein because I thought it was one of the cleanest, best proteins available but the lab results (posted on the company's website) indicate up to 10 mg of Arsenic, which is through the roof high compared to what is healthy/recommended. Personally, I'm pretty bummed about this, I liked this brand but needed to share this important detail before you go consuming it all the time.

I love this stuff. It has no flavor and mixes well. We put it in muffins, shakes, and other things. I love that it is just protein. Thanks so much!
