Set and forget
These traps are amazing. I have them set year round, and usually catch about 5 a year when the temperature drops. Very effective.

Haven't caught one mouse...
I havent caught one mouse yet...i dont understand...i know i have at least one mouse in my house. It was easy to set but so far not taking the peanut butter bait. I love the idea of catch and not kill tho.

If you've got a mouse it will catch it. I apparently had 3.
I typically don't write reviews but was compelled to write one for this product. When leaving the house one early morning I saw a mouse running in front of our garage door and disappeared. I wanted a humane way of capturing it so it can be released away from people. Glad I found this on Amazon. Having Prime was a bonus. π At first I was surprised at the size of the trap. I guess I was expecting something a little larger. Inspected the units and functions and it was straight forward - push the trap door which catches on the pressure plate on the inside and when the mouse enters it releases the trap door and keeps the mouse in. However, as another reviewer mentioned, there are no air holes for the mouse - trap is pointless if the mouse doesn't survive. I drilled the same size hole (as the bait holder) on the sides. The plastic is pretty solid and didn't take long at all to drill 5 holes per side per trap. I drilled the holes low enough so my guest can breathe. I used slivers of bread and peanut butter for bait. Needless to say within the hour I caught 2 mice. After releasing the first two and reloading the traps it caught a third - again within the hour. I didn't realize my guest had invited friends. I'm really pleased with how the product works but I hope I got all of them. π I did this late in the evening which is why I think it worked so well being mice are nocturnal animals. So a few things to keep in mind: place the traps where there's evidence of mouse presence, place the traps in dark areas (turn lights off) and use peanut butter - works like a charm π

The traps are fine, easy
No catchy da mouse. He's a crafty fella apparently. The traps are fine, easy, etc. just haven't caught my particular mouse.

Caught 2 mice in 48 hours
I would say definitely buy this trap it is great. I caught two mice in 48 hours over the weekend. The only suggestion I have is to have a plan for releasing the mice. The trap doesnt make it easy to release them. I had to get a friend of mine to help me release it the first time. He held the trap while i opened the door with a stick. The second time i had to use a broom to open the door while having the trap on the floor. It was difficult but not impossible. Overall the trap does itβs job and quick!

bad latch
This works well for mouse of different sizes. The big problem is latch, either the latch is getting broken or mouse chew the latch. You can use it for 2x or 3x times.

Like others have said
Like others have said, the "airhole" design seems flawed. The airholes are not all the way through. They work great. Mice can't eat the bait without getting caught, and they're easy to empty the mouse. Not too easy to clean though.

Works well
These no-kill mouse traps work well for me. I've caught several mice with them so far. The mice are unharmed and are happy to be released. The traps are a little large -- they're 7 inches long and 2.5 inches high -- so they won't fit in tight spaces.
