I bought these to log how often my newborn is eating and I also use the comment section to log her diaper output to have it all together and easy. I like that it’s small so it’s easy to carry around with you which I find great for dr appointments and I also just tear off the pages every couple days so I don’t have to flip through (but keep them in case. I recommend these for any breast feeding mommies and especially for the beginning of your journey as it’s a great tool to tell if something is going wrong where it’s happening!
