Is there an instructional video available showing how to remove links from this watch?

What size is the face of the watch?

I've purchased a few watches in the last couple of years, but I don't remember purchasing this style watch from Pagani Design. I did buy the same style from another manufacturer and don't care for the integrated bracelet. You can't replace the bracelet and it was pulling the hair on my arm. This one might be made better. From another seller I saw the specs on this watch, and it listed the face at 40mm. (without the crown) Hopes this helps.

Can the strap be replaced with a 20mm silicon one?

Yes, although it won't be a quick do it yourself kind of thing. At each lug, there are those clamp attached bracelet holders that have to be flipped up to remove. Sounds easy, but it's not. You can scratch up the watch back pretty easy as those clamps are tight. Is take to a watch kiosk at the mall and let them do the swap for you...
