I originally purchased the standard Royalisneeo Natural Latex Pillow and while very comfortable, the 62x40x15cm size was a bit small for a standard UK pillowcase. I was happy to order the larger size Royalisneeo Medium Support Bed Pillow, which is a better fit and still provides excellent support. Once the pillow has been opened and allowed to sit for 24 hrs it opens up to its full size, and there is a mild smell to the pillow from the latex but it is not overpowering. The zipped cover provides good protection for the latex insert and removes easily for washing.

I can't speak too highly of this pillow. It allows you to position it unlike an ordinary pillow because it's a single slab of very soft rubberlike material that retains its compactness no matter what. it makes sleeping on your side much more comfortable and natural. You've got to try it to understand it. Highly recommended.

The pillow is much smaller in length than dimensions given. Length 57 atmost width 39. Lovely pillow nice and supportive. Shame so short. Would advice anyone to pay bit extra and get next size up. This size for a child.

I have had this item in a warm room for three days as it's supposed to reach it's proper size after being squeezed into packaging. The latex inner is really small nowhere near the size of it's cover, where you to turn over in bed you would fall off it!! Dreadful quality!

The media could not be loaded. It's hard to describe how good this pillow is because it's soft and firm but it feels like your head isn't on a pillow. I was sleeping 3 to 4 hours a night and getting very cranky and rotating pillows all night ( I had a stash beside the bed) Now I only use two this one on top and I'm sleeping 8 hours a night. It's the best pillow I've ever had and highly recommend to everyone. Great for the price and fast delivery.

Been looking for a pillow to replace my 10 year old comfort. Mine old one was £100. This one. In my opinion. Better. Much better. Soft. Springy. The perfect height for me. It smells a bit on opening but it will go. Love it. Thanks for restoring my comfort!

I can say that this is a very comfortable, supportive, good latex pillow, I really enjoy itHOWEVER, the smell is really bad …. Won’t go away even after 1 week, and I found my face seems allergic … I have to return it …

I purchased latex pillow as recommended by my chiropractor! This one seemed reasonably priced and had good reviews! Upon unpacking, the smell was unbearable. I thought it will go away but 3 weeks later, the smell is still there. Weather has been good so the pillow was airing outside. Whenever I put it indoors, it stank the entire room. I tried to sleep on it and it really was comfortable, but my head started hurting soon after. Pillow is not to be washed.A friend found a different latex branded pillow that is made using different technology and is washable. I would definitely opt for that kind of pillow in the future. I really hope the smell will eventually fade out as the pillow itself is comfy and bouncy.
