This product was a great decision. The hair steamer is awesome.

I did see a lot of negative comments on this device - broken parts, missing parts.. however I decided to go with the purchase anyway as regular steaming at a saloon would be way too expensive. I even went a step further as I'm not from the US, so I had to buy an electricity converter device to adapt to US standards for voltage etc...First of all, the package arrived in impeccable shape - I'm delighted to share that the 60$ shipping was worth it- obviously the package has been transported in a careful manner. All of the small details were there - even a bag of tiny cloths for essential oils. The instruction to assemble is quite clear and simple. So .. with a lot of unrealistic fear, I powered on the current converter, plugged the hair steamer in, and was genuinely relieved it didn't all blow up.. The steamer works great! It quickly starts to boil, and soon after steam starts showing. Indeed, you need to figure out how to sit under the device and play with random furniture for a while. I returned a lot of shine to my hair after just one use and I have to say I'm surprised these types of devices aren't way more popular. 100% recommend! It also shipped really fast, considering I ordered it right before the Christmas holidays.

This is a great addition to my hair routine. It's made detangling my 4c coily hair MUCH EASIER and helped to provide MOISTURE. I'm looking to resolve a dry scalp issue, hoping this will help.

I purchased this steamer for my salon and haven’t set it up in there yet. I did use it at home first and it took about maybe 5-7 mins for steam to produce which is fine I would just have to be mindful of that when servicing my clients in reference to scheduling. It was easy to set up. I opted for this one because it came with cleaning tools and most of the other steamers didn’t and also because I’m in a salon suite and need something that compact and doesn’t take up floor space. I wish the cord was longer but I can’t complain too much about that because it’s primarily made for at home use. My son who is 12 said it wasn’t too hot which I also like. Overall so far so good

Here is exactly why this unit is not worth your hard-earned money: Key Issues & Performance Failures • Poor Build Quality & Immediate Damage: During my very first use, I noticed strange crackling noises. Because I am a beginner, I assumed it was just the normal sound of boiling water. By the second use, however, the plastic on the facial nozzle had completely cracked under the heat. • Defective Steam Output: After the face nozzle failed, I attempted to use the hair steaming hood. The steam output was incredibly weak. Upon closer inspection, I discovered the rubber sealing ring on the hair hood was already splitting apart. • Zero Customer Support: When a product fails this quickly, you expect the company to make it right. Shockingly, there is absolutely no warranty information provided with this product. I reached out directly to the seller to inquire about a replacement or warranty, and they completely ignored my message. For professionals who need reliable equipment, or everyday shoppers looking for a smart investment, the lack of quality and complete absence of customer service makes this a massive risk. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to ignore its customers when a product breaks after just two uses. Save your money and invest in a brand that actually stands behind its craftsmanship.

Great product! I have no complaints thus far. I added a cap around the hood and poked a hole for my hair to fit through, to maximize my hair steaming experience and just adjusted the venting to fit my needs.

Absolutely love this steamer. It works perfectly for me and my children. I’m a hairstylist and I do a lot of treatments in their hair. I also cut men’s hair as well so this is perfect for the straight razor Shaves which I use the face steamer for this, it helps the blade to glide smoothly on the skin.

This is one of those items I use weekly for either steaming my hair or doing a facial. It steams very well and produces a lot of steam. It's compact and easy to store away. Definitely a yes, for anyone looking for a good steamer.
