Nonstick Crepe Pan, Swiss Granite Coating Dosa Pan Pancake Flat Skillet Tawa Griddle 12-Inch with Stay-Cool Handle, Induction Compatible

So far, so good. This is the 12" crepe pan. I made a thin omelette and an experimental "healthy" flat bread with lots of herbs and spices which tend to stick, and no sticking whatsoever. I used a fair amount of oil. Very easy to clean. Just wiped with a damp cloth and dried. I purchased an additional, smaller one. I also have a 9.5" pan. I find with regular use, non-stick pans usually only perform for a year. One of the reviews for this product said it lasted three years... Since I've found the same longevity issue with really expensive pans, including Diamond, these mid-priced pans seem a good deal (especially if they last as long as three years. I invested in some cast iron pans as I don't like adding to waste (with pans), but they just are not great for everything, and I've never been able to successfully cook eggs or eggy things with them, and tomato sauces are also a problem... I only wish these came with metal handles for hotter oven use. I love that it has heft to it. It seems flat and maybe the heft will make it less prone to warping. Know it is not heavy enough to be burdensome, it just conveys some attention to quality through not skimping on materials, and it seems to heat evenly. Another pan came with an extra screw but this one did not! And the thickness of the handles can post a problem with hanging them... But for fake wood, these handles look lovely and feel nice in the hand. Overall, I'm very happy. I'll be updating all of my reviews based on how they wear, which is, as I said, a huge issue with non-stick pans.

This is one of the best pans I’ve ever used. It works exceptionally well for Indian cooking, especially for dishes like dosa and chilla. The non-stick surface is excellent—nothing sticks, and cooking becomes effortless. As someone who is still a beginner at making dosa, this pan has made a huge difference. The batter spreads easily, cooks evenly, and flips without breaking. It’s also very easy to clean. Highly recommend this pan to anyone, especially beginners looking for a reliable and hassle-free cooking experience.

Great pan. I use it for everything -- pancakes, eggs, hamburgers, chicken, fish and much more. Food doesn't stick to the surface and its very easy to clean. The manufacturer recommends not putting it in the dishwasher but , its so easy to clean that I don't need to use the dishwasher. The handle doesn't seem to be wood or if it is, it has a very thick matt coating but either way, its very solid, much more so than a couple of reviews might have you believe. I highly recommend this pan,

Amazing pan. The whole family loves it. Crepes and pancakes cook faster and turn out much better. The nonstick surface works perfectly, nothing sticks, and cleanup is super easy. Great quality and very enjoyable to use. Highly recommend.

Love this Griddle - bought it couple of weeks back and have used it multiple times since then. It is easy to cook on, so far nothing sticks to it (hope that stays) and its a good size. However just one thing that bothers me - whenever I use it, it gives out a fishy kind of smell-don’t like that. Easy to clean too. Would definitely recommend buying this

I bought this 10" crepe pan due to the good reviews. When it arrived I was disappointed because the surface was rough and I did not think that the crepes would release properly. I was wrong. First the directions say to lightly butter the pan for each crepe, which I did. So if yours doesn't release, maybe that is why. I have suffered trying to make crepes with a nonstick skillet before and it was a little stressful. With this crepe pan, I had a perfect crepe every time. I never use the wooden spreader. I lightly butter the medium heat surface, pick up the pan and put 1/2 C batter at the 6:00 position, close to the handle and then QUICKLY rotate my wrist, tilting the pan to coat the entire surface with batter. Then I set the pan back on the heat. When the crepe is dry on top and lightly brown on the bottom, I flip the crepe with a large, safe spatula. Let it sit to get brown dots in that under side. While it is doing that, I fill the crepe and then roll it up in the pan into the serving plate. It's the easiest crepe making I have ever done and released with ease every time. The 10" makes quite large crepes. You may want a smaller pan if you are serving 2 crepes per person. The wooden handle is pretty and was great for a stay-cool handling situation. It's solid, weighty but not heavy, and I don't think there will be any future issues with rust or nonstick coating. I like the white surface. It looks clean and beautiful. I wouldn't spring for the spreader. It brilliantly comes with a full size Phillips Head screwdriver to put the handle on. Easy peasy. And now, it's on sale! I wish I had got the deal.

Really great for not just crepes but also dosas! Great size! Easy to clean.

Unfortunately, the handle emits a strong burnt rubber smell when used on medium or high flame, and the odor quickly spreads throughout the entire house, which is quite off-putting. If not for that persistent issue, it would easily deserve a full 5 stars.

Ho acquistato questa padella per crepe da 30 cm e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Il rivestimento antiaderente in granito è di ottima qualità: le crêpe si staccano perfettamente senza bisogno di utilizzare troppo olio o burro, rendendo la cottura semplice e uniforme. Anche il distributore di impasto incluso è molto pratico, soprattutto per chi vuole ottenere crêpe sottili e ben distribuite. Un dettaglio che merita una menzione speciale è il cacciavite incluso per il montaggio del manico. Può sembrare un piccolo extra, ma dimostra una grande attenzione verso il cliente e facilita l’assemblaggio in pochi secondi, senza dover cercare attrezzi in casa. La padella è solida, leggera e adatta a ogni piano cottura, compresa l’induzione. Dopo vari utilizzi non ho riscontrato graffi o perdita dell’effetto antiaderente. Consigliata a chi cerca una crepiera di qualità, curata nei dettagli e pronta all’uso fin dal primo minuto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Se que se tienen que curar antes de usarlo para que no se pegue nada. Lo hice varias veces la primera vez previo a usarlo, aun asi se le pegaba todo. Lo limpio con bicarbonato cada que eso pasa y lo vuelvo a curar pero nunca funciona. Esta lindo pero comprare otro de marmol esta vez.

I have recently switched all my Teflon non stick pans to ceramic (including this crepe pan), not only because they were due but most importantly I wanted a healthy version of non stick. I am impressed by the non stick level, the crepe slides out like a feather. It only needs a drop of oil as per instructions. The only thing is it heats very fast, so I have to readjust the time and heating level and get used to it. The cleaning is almost non, it could be enough to only wipe it with paper towel, as there is absolutely nothing on the pan! Love it. I am happy for my decision to go for ceramic non stick, with all my pans. I Absolutely recommend this crepe pan.

Finally a pan that is truly nonstick and can cook a gluten free tortilla to perfection! 👌 I absolutely love this pan!
