Perfect to what it's designed for
Needed a replacement print head for the plotter and this is the right one. Does what it's meant to do. No issues.

Excellent Service
We had to source a printhead for our large, old A0 designjet. This proved very difficult as HP have discontinued it. I tried to find it at many places before coming across Advantage. They did not have it initially, but sourced it for us, stayed in contact to arrange alternative delivery, arrived & works. Amazing, old school, service. Very Grateful

After purchasing this printhead (and additionally remaining three different colors from other sellers) I am very happy to revive the HP Designjet 111, an old but still reliable plotter. The delivery was fine and the print quality is excellent. A hint for people who work on AutoCAD 2015 and newer: you can still print your drawings after converting it to PDF.

Long Past the Expiration Date But Works Fine
The printhead is several years past the expiration date printed on the box but it seems to be a genuine HP product, it works and was only a fraction of the price of a new printhead.

Repair to failed plotter.
Fitted to HP A1 black and white plus colour plotter that had failed to produce good clear prints and worked perfectly.

Yes it was ready to go I loaded it right away. I had ordered this item before anticipating that all my print heads would have to replaced at the same time. It was past 90 days before I got an error message to replace and the previous print head had leaked and could not be used even after cleaning. So this time I waited until I had the error message...and everything went smooth. Don't order early because the return policy will not replace if not used in 90 days. Also this came through regular mail. It took several days longer than ups to receive. So if you have to wait you cannot work. It's a gotcha situation. I really wish this was a prime product.
