My son got this product from a barber but we could not find it in a high street shop hence the purchase. He says it gives his hair a textured finish but is not sticky. No strong odour and washes out easily. All good.

This is completely different to using a styling gel or liquid based wax. This is sprinkled on as a powder and it allows the hair to be styled and given more volume. My hair always seems to lie flat so I thought I would try this wax powder. The results are that it has enabled me to style my hair to give it some more lift and makes it look more interesting. Because of the lift it also makes me look a bit taller which is always a good thing. The powder doesn't seem to have any scent to it, so if you want your hair to smell like hair or your shampoo scent then this will not alter that. The powder washes out easily when you wash your hair using shampoo. I have liked this product and its effect on my hair.

I ordered this for my teenage son to use as he isn’t keen on the normal wax or gel. The container doesn’t have a lid which I’ve knocked a star off for as it just twists open and shut and you really don’t want this coming out by mistake inside a toiletries bag or rucksack. It’s very easy to use though - the scent is nice and not too strong and just a small amount of the powder is enough to apply on thick hair at the top of the head and fringe. It holds the hair really naturally - I assume you could use more or less for a different hold. The container isn’t very big so I’m not sure how long this will last but I don’t think £6.99 is very expensive for what it is. Recommended.
