Stumbled across this item while looking for something that one of my patients could simply use to bring when traveling to help alleviate low back pain. I ended up also buying one for myself and I love it! The easy-to-assemble design is compact which makes it easy to stow or take with you in a backpack or gym bag. The pressure is firm, but slightly forgiving so it isn’t too aggressive and uncomfortable like some others on the market. I also like the adjustability of the arch support which can be increased or decreased to target different areas of the spine. Definitely will be recommending this to more of my patients.

Excellent Option for the Desk Worker!
This has been a fantastic addition to my routine while sitting at my desk. I enjoy using the different height settings depending on the amount of stiffness I'm experiencing. The cushion is also a great addition. 10/10!

I generally don’t leave reviews but I had a good experience with this product so I’m here to share.Quick delivery, easy assembly and even easier to use. It lays flat when disassembled which is great for ease of storage and does a fantastic job at alleviating back pain
