These exercise bands arrived over a week ago and I have been using them several times a day. They come in a convenient drawstring pouch which easily fits in a small purse or even a large pocket. They seem to be well made, sturdy and durable. I like that they are closed and seamless, and don’t have to be tied together with the risk of breaking open when using.The set consists of 5 bands of increasing levels of resistance from X-Light to X-Heavy. I tried the first 4 levels. I am not yet capable of using the X-Heavy. You can definitely feel the contrast in tension between each level. I also noticed that the circumference of the closed bands is perfect, not too small to fit on the upper thighs yet not too large to provide enough resistance when doing exercises with them on the ankles.I find these bands are great for upper and lower body use. Use as a home workout or to supplement a visit to the gym. I also keep them on my legs when I am sitting at my computer. This way, I may be sitting, but I am also getting a workout.I am very satisfied with this purchase. Definitely a 5 star product.
