The Yuzu Passion producers use the traditional Wood Press to produce the Yuzu juice. By comparison, industry standard production rate is over 20%, while Yuzu Passio production rate is under 10%. Additionally, using the traditional Wood Press removes the bitter flavors of the Yuzu fruit, and all that means is the highest quality products for Yuzu Passion customers. Growers are passionate, and take pride in their traditional methods to produce Yuzu Passion and its use in the finest restaurants and bars of Japan and France. Our Yuzu Juice is from selected all natural Yuzu fruits. The Yuzu fruits are grown by growers living in Kito Village, Japan and only use organic fertilizers. Yuzu Juice goes well with various dishes such as salads, fishes, and fusion dishes. Twelve to fifteen Yuzu fruits are used to produce one bottle (4 oz, 120 ml) of Yuzu Juice.
