Zeller "Bamboo" Kitchen Trolley, Wood, Beige

Took about an hour to put together, not difficult, just tricky doing it single handed and was taking time to ensure everything was correct. Easy to follow instructions. Looks better than the photo, wood is really nice quality and looks more expensive than it actually is. Like the fact the wheels lock and the tea towel holder is a nice feature for holding my oven gloves. I have a small kitchen so this is a nice slimline size which fits in nicely allowing extra storage. A great buy.

This trolley came flat packed, easy to assemble in just an hour, sadly a handle to the wire basket was found to be broken.

This product arrived promptly but was very badly packaged. The handle on one of the wire racks had broken and fallen off, the bag with the screws had split and I spent a considerable amount of time searching for them all over the floor and in the bottom of the box.It was relatively easy to put together but I managed to split the wood when putting one of the wheels on and I wasnt pushing very hard. The top two draws are quite small and I am finding it very hard to get cutlery trays to fit. All in all you get what you pay for, it was a cheap product and its fits well in my small kitchen and I'm generally pleased with it.

This would have had a five star review had not one of the supporting base support been minus holes and one leg split when the castor was pushed home. Neither thing stops it being perfectly stable and usable, but it was disappointing, as before that happened, we had been congratulating ourselves on a fast and easy build. I suppose in a perfect world we would send it back for a replacement, but it was all but done by then, so we just continued. With two of us, quite experienced, it took fifty minutes to do, and that was allowing for the two problems.

This item comes as a flat pack, but everything is pre-drilled and uses good quality screws to fasten all together. The instructions are pictorial, but very easy to follow. All you need is a screw driver for the little screws that hold the draws together and the handles on, but the hefty load bearing screws use an allen key which is supplied. As with any flat pack assembly you do need to be methodical and first ensure you have all the bits laid out. Most of the time for assembly is spent putting the draws together, which took about 30 minutes, but I didn't spend more than an hour to assemble everything and once assembled it looks exactly as pictured and is very sturdy.

When the item arrived, I unpackaged it to find pieces missing, unmanufactured parts and the instructions were torn to bits. Due this I was unable to put the trolley together and instead I was left with lots of bits of wood clogging up my kitchen. On contacting the company, I was initially told that there was no replacement parts but if I sent photographic evidence I would receive a discount, so this is what I did. After receiving the photo's I was then told then would not receive a discount and they would instead send me the new parts when they were in stock??!! Because of the shocking customer service, I ended up having to basically bodge it together by using make shift parts and drilling holes etc where they should have been already. No matter how much I stressed the disgust in their customer service and the fact I was totally unconvinced by their mistakes and unprofessionalism, I was offered absolutely nothing in return, just a lot of snotty emails. Just when is actually give up and thought that perusing it would cause me more grieve, I actually received the new parts over 3 weeks later!!! They clearly thought it was ok for me to unpack the parts all over my kitchen only to find it was no where near as it should be and just accept the I'll patiently wIt for the new parts for 3 weeks while my kitchen looks like a bomb site!!! The worst I've ever encountered, do not buy!!!!!
