It is most of the time not working. Packaging was not good at all. I think it is used before. Regret it.. waste of money

Amazing thick froth.easy to clean. Works both on hot and cold skimmed milk. Highly recommend. Works on any quantity of milk. Froth stays put for a long time.

the mixer is let down by poor design of the frother head. I changed the head for a cheap IKEA whist head(which was dead easy) and it now works excellently.
