TLDR; Everything about it is very good. You will be happyEverything in this set is as advertised. Came with a really nice board and set up which was super easy to install. The case itself comes with dividers you can insert to keep organized. Case has room for extra parts too.Some of the parts I received had a few slightly bent pins, but nothing outrageous. All of the products are as high quality as they look. Usable and good quality but still cheap enough that you aren't scared to use them to learn from. The resistor pack proved are the blue coloured resistors which while are higher quality then standard brown back resistor are harder to visibly tell resistance rating. Breadboard is very nice, and mounting option provided for uno board is 3M brand so its very nice. The USB connecting cord is a short cord (1 footish) so you might want to get a longer one with this kit if you want to use it with a desktop.The lessons provided are through a link for direct download. Doesn't appear that they have a website that allows lesson viewing without download but I could be wrong. That being said the lessons themselves are actually very good. Well explained, with sample code included. They all have diagrams and pictures.

as a complete begginer i found that this kit was asembeld so well that i could start out with my project right away .i wish more vendors would follow in this way .thank you

Overall, this kit was well worth the price and I was able to quickly and easily build an LED light controller for holiday lights. The only issue I had was that I found several of the jumper wires were defective, which made debugging circuit problems a bit of a pain. Once I noticed the pattern, I just got out my multimeter and verified each cable before using it. In my project I had about 30 jumper wires, and found 4 that were dead out of the box. Luckily the kit does provide a large number of them, so it wasn't a real big deal.Overall I think this is a great kit for the price, but some small quality control issues prevent it from getting 5 stars.

Lots of components with very detailed instructions.

I was really pleased about the wide variety of the components this kit came with it a small form-factor. One of the IC pins was bent but was no big deal to straighten. Each component was surprisingly good quality for the relatively inexpensive price. I would recommend this kit to anyone starting out with electronics or would like to create basic scientific equipment.

Although Arduino can work with Macs, apparently sometimes it has problems finding the port. We constructed this and then tried it on two different laptops and a desktop. On all three, the programs wouldn't upload to the arduino. Very very disappointing. The book we have even used a Mac as it's example so it's obviously possible. I'm giving it three stars because it came with everything it had and construction of the materials themselves was easy. But it seems possible that this product in particular isn't interfacing well with Apple products.

Bought this to teach my 2 eldest boys (10 & 8) the basics of putting together circuits following the drawings & diagrams in the tutorials.They both picked it up very quickly & by lesson 11 ready didn't need my guidance at all.I'm hoping this will be a start in developing an interest in learning electronics and/or programming.Well worth the money.

It was a really good product and I personally love it, but it didn’t come with one of the cables that plugs into the circuit board.
