Tired of paying good money for big name well know shower heads that failed sooner than they should have and failed to perform. Took a chance on this shower head and it is head and shoulders over the big name big box store products. Loved how flexible the metal hose that connects the shower head to the water source was. Liked the high quality finish and how easy the shower head is to adjust. Only thing I was not impressed with was the way the water flow restricter performed. Water flow was still too high for the little woman but I added a brass sleeve that resolved the problem. 7/16/20 update:Still love this product it has aged well and works as good as the day I bought it. High quality product would buy again in a second if it doesn't out last me !

This hand held shower is quality, 100%. The tubing is sooooo flexible. The shower itself is well made. When I say heavy, that is not a problem unless your shower is not set at the right angle, in which case, the hand held will not hold in the holder, but will fall out. You may have to find a wall mount, or be creative. Mine is an additional holder to the existing shower. I took the mount that came with the hand held showerhead, and put the thing in that, and placed it in the holder beside the shower with a triple action lever, and took a black tie strap to secure it's holder to that holder. It will work on a regular holder. They are universal. But the problem is, if it isn't angled with the opening facing up--not forward slightly--it is too heavy and will fall out. That's my experience. Yours may be different. But it is an awesome shower.

We upgraded our bathtub trim kit and needed a new handheld sprayer to use furry babies bath time. This handheld has excellent pressure and features all while being lightweight. No leaking and easy to I install. I purchased a separate holder that I could install on the tile instead of on the shower arm and have had no problems.

I love this shower head so much. It’s perfect. It has a great low flow option for when you’re shaving and don’t want to waste water. I’ve had mine for 2.5 years and the bottom has started leaking so I contacted customer service. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They stand by their products and they’re sending me a new shower head. It’s beautiful and elegant and I love how flat the face of it is. Buy this!!

The mist setting isn’t exactly gentle. It doesn’t hurt…but it doesn’t seem like it saves water very much and I was rather hoping for that. Other settings good, easy to install and use. There may be a way to weaken the stream, but I’m not a plumber so I’m not sure. Either way for the price the quality is very good.

All our fixtures are "oil rubbed bronze" which isn't always easy to find. I loved the look of this shower head, and liked the high flow rate...so I went for it. We have had it a few months now, and my husband and I both love it! It seems very well made and delivers a fantastic shower experience. Highly recommend!

Metal covered hose with swivel at end is really nice. Very satisfied with stream and pressure at all settings. I'm impressed enough that I will look for other products of this brand in the future. I bought this handheld to rinse down the shower stall after use. This slows down build up between cleanings. After using it I found out that it is much nicer than the stationery shower head it replaced.

It's made of plastic but seems to be sturdy. The nut connecting the hose to the shower bracket and the shower bracket to the water pipe withstood the torque of a pipe wrench and tightened up nicely. Hand tightening the hose to the showerhead seems to be all that is required for a watertight fit. The only issue once installed was a leak from the hose end connected to the shower bracket. I used pipe thread sealant on the part of the hose that meets the nut and that resolved the leak.
