It works!
Extraordinary, a simple mechanical object that actually does the job! In this age of technology it is immensely satisfying to find something so simple and effective. This shower head has several different settings, much like any other, but when you move the lever to the far right, the two outer rings of holes are filled with plastic spikes which do the job of getting rid of any limescale that has gathered there. I use this function every time I shower and it has not failed once.This is clever, dare I say ingenious, and I cannot think why nobody thought of it before now. Well done Sanilux, what a great idea!

Great for limescale build up
We have very hard water and due to years of limescale build up it comes out the shower unit. Bought this as it catches it all and using the spikes inside this shower head it removes them all. Great product

Check shower pressure system.
My shower heater is 7kw because the shower rose is large it would work better wit a 10.5kw or pumped system
