Can these be used in a hot tub?

On the packaging there are only instructions to use in the the hot bath or as skin exfoliant. If you are really keen on tryinh to use these in hot tub, you could ask manufacturer at their official website, they have a Contact us form at the bottom of first page.

If you mix it with something else such as Bath bombs or bubble bath, does it have the same effect, please?

I have used this product with bubble bath and it was just fine. I have not used with bath bombs so can't comment on that. Hope this has helped.

I have always mixed mine with bubble bath and found it still works well. This is a really good product with a fantastic smell. I get muscle pain and this does help relax the muscles and relieve the pain.
