No doubt the product is outstanding..i ordered this last year in may 2025. But recently my blenders plastic bit which attaches the machine has been cracked, its keep coming off and not blending properly. If there is an any option to just order that bit. Let me know please.

I’ve been using this blender set for months now, and honestly, it’s become one of those “how did I not have this sooner?” kitchen gadgets. It feels sturdy right out of the box, the stainless steel makes it look way pricier than it is, and the motor has some serious power behind it. The speed settings are super handy, blending is straightforward. I can go from gently mixing soup to basically turbo-charging a smoothie without splashing everything onto my walls. The attachments are easy to swap out, and everything clicks into place easily. The whisk works well for quick whipping, although it doesn't look very heavy duty (I used it for cream and it handled it totally fine), and the mini chopper has been great for all the things I've used it for. It feels good quality and safe to use. It doesn't heat up in turbo mode like some others I had did. Cleanup is also simple. Rinse, quick scrub, done. No weird crevices where food gets stuck. If you want something compact that can replace a blender, a whisk, a mini food processor, and save you a ton of counter space, this thing is absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely impressed.

I like this blender first of all as it's silent. The blade connection is well made, as the rubber around the pin is really minute, so the bacterial growth in that part is limited. In other blenders, also if you do your best to clean it, it holds a small amount of the blended food, as the rubber is thicker. This blender seems to optimize that problem. It also has a magnetic connection to the engine, so it's easier to put it place. I tried the chopper too and it didn't work well as I expected. I tried to make cynnamom powder and it didn't come out very well. I used the maximun power, for a while, but the result was cynnamom powder with some small pieces of bark left in the mix. I thought 1000 W were enough for this kind of jobs but no ... I didn't try yet the whipping tool but it looks a bit flimsy. It could be better.
