Like everyone else I had issues with the poles being different lengths. We intended to use it for to and from the vet/shelter/etc.I'd thought about using it for extra cover for the litter box, but the front door wasn't really wide enough to allow for easy cleaning.It's cute and pretty ok.

I bought this playpen for 6 orphaned kittens I rescued last week.I decided to return it unopened due to other options. however I decided to open it after all to see if it really fit the needs of my kittens. They love it, however its supposed to come with 7 sticks to insert, only received 6 of them! Comments regarding this issue was stated a couple of times in the review section but I took my chances that all 7 sticks were packed, I was one of the folks that got 6 sticks. Ugh. It stands upright but not sturdy enough depending where you place the sticks when 1 is missing.I decided not to return it after all because its the perfect rectangular size for kittens, pads are easier to buy for it, its lightweight and can be moved around easily. Its disappointing the folks don't count the sticks it needs (7 of them!) before packing it up to be shipped.

This little doggie playpen was a perfect solution for my little Yorkie's nighttime anxiety. We inhereted her from my cousin, at two years old, super well cared for and well-behaved. But, she wasn't house trained, using puppy pads, and had literally never been outside or on a leash. My house isn't laid out so she could roam freely at night, unsupervised. So, at night, we kept her in a segregated area with a tile floor, with a puppy pad. As expected, she really didn't like that. We couldn't have her in our bedroom, loose, as we have Persian rugs, which look like big puppy pads to her.Some research and hunting brought me to this little doggie playpen. I must say it is absolutely perfect. We got the small one, in pink. It's very cute! We put her little fleece sleeping pad on one side and a puppy pad tucked under it and extending to the other side. So, the entire floor is covered. The playpen goes in our bedroom. We take her for long walks about four times daily, first thing in the morning and right before bed. In over a month not one accident in her little area. She sleeps cozy, close to her pack and quiet as a mouse all night.The quality and functionality are great. But, there are zero instructions. The ad also gives no idea how to assemble it. If I didn't love it so much, it would loose a star for this omission. Some people are going to have issues here. But, once understood, it goes together easily and packs very compactly. However, when I travel, I usually leave it assembled and sit it in the back of the Jeep. You couldn't do this with larger models. The top zips open for easy access. The side panels also zip open.For us, this is a perfect solution. I highly recommend it.

My original thought was what a great kennel, I can break it down and throw it in the washer when it needs to be cleaned. Perfect. I also love that. It was so easy to change pads, beds and food/water dishes in and out through the opening in the top. However my 5lb Yorkie figured out within a couple of days how to unzip the zippers, as you can see from picture 2. So while I love the kennel and it’s basically sturdy, it is not going to survive a Houdini. I received it May 7th, I replaced it today with a wire kennel. Unfortunately LuLu, you are now in Alcatraz no more minimum security for you.

This is a great product so far so good but I can’t figure out how to fold it back into the pack away case

Super cute. Easy to put together. 2 of the poles are too long, which makes them pop thru the top of the straps. Yes, they are put together properly, they are longer than the rest before putting them together. I use it as a toy box for my dogs. Great to corral the toys. They go in and grab what they want. Falkor even takes his toys back in and swaps for what he wants next. No more toys everywhere. Even with flaw, best pet item I have purchased in a bit.

Got this to acclimate two feral kittens. It was super easy to set up, and unlike the other reviews, I got all of my rods. Maybe they took that feedback into consideration and are now ensuring all rods are in the package. Took me a whole 2 minutes to set up, and it's really sturdy. My only feedback is that I wish there were 2 zippers on each door so you could open it either from the left or the right side (instead of opening the whole thing). I got it overnight as well, so it was super fast delivery! Definitely recommend this.

It arrived and it went together easily, looked sturdy and safe. I bought this for my 8 month old kitten to keep her safe during house construction.I tested her in it. She liked it and was even choosing to sleep in it.So we were ready- I gave her a soft blanket, water and food and put her inside and zipped it closed. while I left the house for about 1 hour. I trusted this would be a great solution. But my worst nightmare came true. When I got home she was walking around the house…After less than 1 hour she was able to pull open the mesh and was out. It did not provide a safe enclosure. Perhaps it is great in certain situations for other types of animals- but I would not trust a cat in this. I was disappointed
