Here from one of the ppl who used PURE for Men. I was trying to find something more affordable than PURE; so I went in thinking this wasn't going to work much better than it. Gave it a couple months to give it a proper review. In my opinion, it works much much better! I am a 6' male in the 270lbs weight class. With PURE it took three pills to get my steam rolling engine working, but with ZERO, only two! I can stretch out the bottle and not have to come back every other month and a half like with the former. Same easy clean up, too! I will sound like everyone else in the review section, DRINK AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF WATER WITH THESE PILLS! The little guys are a packed punch and will make them guts act out (I mean cramps). So needless to say, I'm sticking with these guys awhile. That is all.

I have been experimenting with a few different brands of fiber supplements and so far this is the best, cheapest option. There are other ones that seem more affordable, but in my experience (and I can only speak to my own experience) they cause mild unpleasant side effects or don't work altogether.If you can afford Pure, please choose that over this brand, mainly because we should be supporting small businesses over mega-corporations, but if you're someone like me who can use that ~$5 savings per bottle, this is the one for you.Also watch out for Aloe Extracts - just google it and see what medical websites are saying about it. Not great. Or if you don't trust those, read other reviews. Aloe is not great to eat. Burns? It's great. Eat? Possible risk of cancer.This has been a public service announcement lol

I tried this as an alternative to the other well known brand. First thing I want to point out is that I did not honestly read the instructions. I made the mistake of still thinking I need to take the same dosage as the other brand. That did leave me feeling bloated and left me feeling with a discomfort in my stomach. Once I read and corrected that, the bloated feeling went away, but it was still a little discomfort. I found it best to have 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night. That made me feel much better and regular.

These work pretty well but you have to drink plenty of water or else it will just make things worse also they are kinda big pills. Only thing I don't like about them is they float so of you take em with a mouth full of water is the will be floating on top.

I have been a PURE for Men user for a couple years now, and it has always worked fantastic for me. Results apparent within 1-2 days, noticeably easier clean outs.I decided to give this brand a try due to the cost, and other reviews saying it worked just as well.Well, I’ve been trying it over a month. I’ve had constant stomach issues, and even pooping issues. More noticeably after taking the recommended two pills daily (with lots of water). Even after the pills somewhat did their job, cleaning out was still a pain.Went back to PURE two days ago, hate the price but hey, it WORKS. No stomach or stool issues. Already noticed the difference when I wiped.Wanted to save money in the long run, well, this product didn’t do it for me.I can’t really rate it in the taste as I swallow the pills, I’m not chewing them.Maybe it just a bad batch, who knows. But I will stick with what works.

Easy to take but for some more for me it always seems to hit me when I’m sleeping. I wake up with bad pains and have to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I tried taking it at different times of the day with the same results. I would return it if I could

First of all, these are just AWESOME! I started with pure for men, but i wasnt able to find the 120 pill bottle, so i started looking for an alternative. I came across zero for him, the reviews initially pulled me to them. Its pretty much the same price ($25), but you get an extra 30 caps!I don't eat a lot due to things I'm not willing to talk about here, so I only take 2 caps a day at dinner time. It's plenty enough, but make sure you take it with at least 16oz of water or you'll most likely start to feel a lil' weird from dehydration. (However, that's the case for all fiber substitutes, it's not a problem with the pills, it's just what happens when you put a lot of fiber into your system.These caps are awesome! I recommend to anyone who plans on doing a lot of bottoming & playing around. (I myself am super submissive, so you can guess what I'm doing. x3 ) Even if you aren't into that kind of thing, fiber is good for your digestive system, these can help a lot if you're simply looking to get some extra fiber.Keep in mind that they don't work instantly, it'll probably take a day or two for you to notice a difference. It also depends on how much you eat, more food means you'd need more fiber to get the desired results. If you eat 2 or 3 full meals a day, I'd recommend exactly as the bottle says for the first couple days. 2 caps twice a day. (So like.... 2 with breakfast & 2 with dinner or however u want to take them. Just don't take 4 at once) I personally feel as though taking a couple with your last meal of the day is the best time to take them, so dinner is when i take mine. That's just my opinion tho.In all, I recommend these to anyone!

This works just as well as the competition, it works just as fast it is more affordable and you get more product for less price. I take opioids for chronic pain and for me it took a while for it to take effect and work, but once it started it’s been perfect! I’m regular and I am fully ready for action anytime.
