New Balance880 mens Shoes

Got for a good price. Fits just right. I wear 39.5 in Asics and 39⅓ in Adidas. Good amount of cushioning in heel and forefoot. I can walk a long time without any pain in my feet. Laces were short and kept getting untied. So replaced it with longer laces, to tie runners knot. My first 880v12.

Shoe was okay but I expected the color I ordered and was sent a different color. Disappointing!!!

Ok, I normally love New Balance shoes. I’ve had different styles in the past with no issues. Not so with this pair. I purchased them because my old walking/running shoes were completely broken down. They are cute. And pink (my favorite color). And that is where my positivity ends. The first time I wore them, they rubbed my ankle area completely raw. I blistered badly. I wear no show socks, and have NEVER owned a pair of sneakers that absolutely chewed my skin to death. I purchased a pair of no show socks with raised tabs on the back to solve that problem. The shoes themselves are not what I would expect from a running shoe. There’s no bounce or spring. The soles feel like maybe there’s some foam in there, but it’s not enough to cushion my feet if I’m at a brisk walk or jog. As it stands, I kept the shoes because they look nice, so I wear them out and about. I do NOT wear them to walk in anymore. They make my feet, legs, and lower back hurt too much for that.

These tennis shoes were a Christmas Present and they are too small. I need a 10.5 and I will gladly return the size 10. Would you do an even exchange for me? My daughter would be very happy and possibly in a different color?Thank you very much for your consideration.Risa

First, the color was more of a dusty pink instead of a pale pink. Second…they had been worn! At least for like 2 days in a row. Paying $150 for shoes I expected sparkling new ones.
